Use assessments reporting
See org-wide participation, coverage, and submission activity across every assessment.
Assessments reporting rolls up every self-service assessment in your organization — who’s taking them, how much rater coverage they’re getting, and how activity trends over time.
Before you start
You need the org admin role, and assessments reporting must be enabled for your organization. It lives in the admin area alongside your other admin tools. Individual answers are never shown — reporting works on aggregates.
The reporting index
The index shows one card per assessment tool — PSindex® self-assessment, EQindex® self-assessment, and so on. Each card gives you the org-level pulse:
- Self vs others gauges — the organization’s average self scores next to average external rater scores, side by side.
- Coverage — the percentage of self-assessment takers who have external rater responses. Low coverage means people are taking assessments but not inviting raters.
- Participants and submissions — how many people have taken the tool and how many total submissions exist, self and external.
Cards with no data yet simply say so — there’s nothing to configure.
The submission activity calendar
The Submission Activity calendar shows when submissions happen, day by day, with daily and cumulative coverage. Use it to check whether a training rollout actually drove assessment activity, or whether momentum faded after launch week.
Go deeper on one tool
Select a tool’s card to open its detail view. That’s where benchmarks, gap analysis, the dimension heatmap, and trends live:
- Understand benchmarks and gap analysis — how your org compares to LeaderFactor global norms, and where self-perception diverges from external ratings.
- Drill into dimensions and trends — the heatmap, item-level scores, and score trajectory, with filters.
What this is not
This reports on self-service assessments only. Org-wide PSindex survey results live in the survey heatmap — see Read the heatmap. Admin-run EQindex® 360 batches have their own results view — see View and export 360 results.
