Use skill insights
See how a skill is rolling out across your organization, from assessment scores to course progress to behavior change, on one page per skill.
Insights gives you one page per skill your organization has bought. Each page answers three questions about your learners: where they started, how the learning is going, and whether they’re applying it.
Before you start
You need the admin role, and your organization needs the Insights plan. Insights shows only the skills on your organization’s plans. If Insights is missing from your navigation, contact your LeaderFactor account team.
Open a skill
- Under Insights in the left navigation, select Skills.
- Each skill card shows the average score on its assessment and how many participants have taken it. Select Open the report.
Read the skill page
The top of the page shows the Average score on the skill’s assessment over time, counting each person’s latest submission. Beside it, the rollout strip shows when your first cohort Started, how many workshop Cohorts you’ve run, how many Learners are enrolled, and the skill’s Toolkit.
Below that, three bands:
- Assess: how many learners took the assessment, and how many asked for external feedback, split into those whose raters have answered, those still waiting on raters, and those who haven’t asked.
- Learn: for workshops and on-demand courses separately, the average progress, the net promoter score and overall quality from the course feedback form, and recent written comments from that form.
- Apply: the share of learners who have an action plan, the share who checked in last week in the Behavior Change Center, and the share using the skill’s toolkit.
Learners means people enrolled in a workshop or on-demand course for the skill. Facilitator certification enrollments are not counted.
Select Learn more on a band to open the full report behind it: the assessment report, the Behavior Change report filtered to this skill, or the toolkit report.
Filter the page
Use the date range, Cohort, and your participant attributes at the top to narrow every band at once. Clear all resets them. The filters carry into the assessment and toolkit reports when you open them.
Go deeper
- Use assessments reporting: the skill’s assessment report, with benchmarks, gaps, the participant roster, and qualitative analysis.
- Use toolkit reporting: what learners are building in the skill’s toolkit.
- Use behavior change reporting: commitments and check-ins across the organization.
