Use behavior change reporting
Read the org-level Behavior Change Analytics report — adoption, check-in activity, validated change, cohorts, and qualitative insights.
Behavior Change Analytics answers three questions about your organization, top to bottom: are people in, are they practicing, and is it working.
Before you start
The report is for org admins, and your organization needs the Behavior Change Reporting license. Open it under Insights in the left navigation — select Behavior Change.

- Summary cards — a scorecard across the top: Activation, Weekly check-ins, Completed, Sharing, and Manager-observed, each with its trend for the period.
- Adoption — the Behavior Change Funnel counts learners at each stage: Enrolled learners, Created a commitment, Activated (30-day cycle), Completed 30 days, and Completed 2+ commitments. Next to it, Commitments by skill shows where the practice is happening.
- Check-ins — the Weekly check-in rate over time, and Check-in retention: of commitments started in the period, how many are still checking in each week of the 30-day cycle.
- Validated change — the evidence section. Score trajectory charts self-scores against blind manager reviews; look for scores rising and the two lines converging. Manager-observed consistency counts a review scored 2 or higher as the behavior being observed. Does sharing lift check-ins? compares learners who share against those who don’t — labeled plainly as correlation, not causation. Improvement by skill shows each skill’s first scored week next to its latest.
- Cohorts — a table of check-in rate, learners falling behind, share coverage, manager review coverage, and average score per cohort. If a cohort is slipping, this is where you find out where to follow up.
- Qualitative insights — select Generate insights to turn written Monday plans and Friday reflections into de-identified themes, backed by verified quotes, including where learners and managers see things differently.
Use the date range and cohort filters at the top to narrow any of it, and Export CSV to take the aggregates elsewhere.

Everything is aggregate. Individual check-in notes and manager reviews are never shown; cohorts with fewer than 4 learners are hidden; manager-review charts unlock only after 10 blind reviews; and qualitative insights require at least 10 notes from 4 or more learners before anything generates.
