Share your behavior change plan

Give a manager or peer visibility into your commitments, choose their access level, and change or remove access anytime.

Your Behavior Change Center is private until you share it. Sharing is always by name with specific people in your organization — there are no public links — and you choose how much each person sees.

The two access levels

  • Manager — full access. Managers see your active commitments plus your planned and past commitments, and your check-in reflections. Each week they’re also asked for a short private review of your shared commitments; that review is never shown to you — it gives your organization an independent signal alongside your own check-ins.
  • Peer — limited access. Peers see only your active commitments and can leave you notes of encouragement. No history, no reflections, no scores.

Share your plan

  1. In your Behavior Change Center, find Sharing & Access and select Share +.
  2. Search by name or email. Only people in your organization can be added.
  3. Choose Manager or Peer, then select Share. They get an email and can view right away.

To change someone’s access level, remove them and share again at the new level.

Remove access

In Sharing & Access, select Delete next to a person. Access ends immediately — you can share with them again anytime.

When a manager requests access

Managers can also ask first. If someone requests access to your center, a banner appears at the top of it: Accept as manager (or peer) grants the access they asked for; Deny Access declines. You’ll also get an email when a request comes in. Nothing is visible to them until you accept.

What sharing feels like

People you share with can react to your progress — a note from a peer or a nudge and comment from a manager shows up right on your commitment card, and you get an email. Those messages are always visible to you; only the manager’s weekly review is private.
