Use toolkit reporting
See who in your organization is using a skill's toolkit and what they're building with it.
Toolkit reporting shows what learners’ work in a skill’s toolkit says about your organization: who is putting the tool to work, who hasn’t started, and where their decisions, plans, or coaching stand.
Before you start
You need the admin role, and your organization needs the Insights plan. A report exists for each skill with a toolkit: Coaching, Decision Making, Change Management, Team Performance, and AI Leadership. For what learners see, see Use the learner toolkit.
Open a report
- Under Insights in the left navigation, select Skills.
- Open a skill.
- On the Apply band, select Learn more under the toolkit’s figure.
Adoption
Every report opens with adoption. Enrolled learners counts people in a course that teaches the tool. Active learners counts those who have used it. The Active Learners and Haven’t Started lists name them. Haven’t Started is the first group to nudge. Select a learner to see their work in the tool.
What each report adds
- Coaching: the Coaching Map of where managers placed their direct reports on the matrix, Deflection Climate, Coachability, and Coaching plans.
- Decision Making: Decision Completion, the Decision Funnel through the DECIDER™ steps, Decision Debt, Decision Craft, Execution Follow-Through, and All Decisions.
- Change Management: the EPIC Phase Funnel, Change Classification, Coalition Health, and Initiatives Gone Quiet.
- Team Performance: the Improvement Plan Funnel and how far plans travel through the Team Performance Cycle.
- AI Leadership: the Zone Mix of workflows, how pilots progress toward a complete 90-day plan, and how often leaders agree with AI suggestions.
Each chart carries an information icon that defines exactly what it counts. A report with no data yet says what will fill it in.
Filter a report
Use the date range, Cohort, and your participant attributes at the top. The date range picks each report’s main item by when it was created: a decision, an initiative, a direct report, a workflow, or a team output. Everything about an item in the range counts, whenever it happened. Cohort and attribute filters decide whose work counts. Enrollment counts ignore the date range.
