Add and manage users

Invite users one at a time or by CSV, edit them, and keep your roster current.

User Management is where org admins control who’s in the organization and what role each person holds.

Before you start

You need the admin role. User Management lives under Manage → Admin in the left navigation.

Add one user

  1. Open Admin → User Management and select Add.
  2. Enter their first name, last name, and email, and choose a role — see Understand roles and permissions.
  3. Save. The person can now sign in with that email (password, secure login link, or your SSO).

Add many users by CSV

  1. From User Management, choose the CSV import.
  2. Build your file with the columns First Name, Last Name, Email, Role, Language, plus a column for each custom attribute your organization has defined.
  3. Upload and review the preview — the importer flags rows with problems before anything is saved.

Emails are the identity key, so use each person’s real work address, spelled once, consistently.

Edit or deactivate a user

Select a user from the list to change their name, email, role, or attributes. When someone leaves, deactivate them and free their license seats — see Manage license seats.
