Switch between organizations
Land in the right account when you belong to more than one LeaderFactor organization.
Some people belong to more than one LeaderFactor organization — a consultant working with several clients, or an admin who also takes courses in a partner org. Your courses, assessments, and admin tools are scoped to the organization you’re in, so being in the wrong one is the usual reason something “is missing.”
Pick an organization at sign-in
If your account belongs to multiple organizations, the Select an Account screen appears right after you sign in. Choose the organization you want to work in.
Switch later
Sign out and sign back in to return to the Select an Account screen, or use the account switcher in the navigation if your account shows one.
Something missing?
If you can’t find a course or an admin page you expect, check which organization you’re in first — each organization has its own enrollments, licenses, and permissions.
