Sign in to LeaderFactor

Get into the platform whichever way your organization uses — password, secure login link, or your company's identity provider.

LeaderFactor supports three ways to sign in. Enter your email first — the platform then shows you the options available for your account.

Sign in

  1. Go to the platform sign-in page and enter your work email.
  2. Select Next.
  3. Choose how to continue:
    • Password — enter your password and select Log In.
    • Email Me a Secure Login Link — sign in without a password. See Use a secure login link.
    • Log in with your organization’s identity provider — appears when your company uses single sign-on. You’ll be redirected to your company’s sign-in page and back.

If your team belongs to more than one LeaderFactor organization, you’ll pick one on the Select an Account screen after signing in. See Switch between organizations.

First time signing in

New accounts are asked to accept the terms and conditions before entering the platform. Read them and select I Agree.

Locked out?

  • Wrong password too many times — the platform temporarily locks the account after repeated failed attempts. Wait a few minutes, then try again or use a secure login link instead.
  • Forgot your password — see Reset or set your password.
  • No sign-in option works — contact your organization’s LeaderFactor admin, or email [email protected].
