Use a secure login link

Sign in without a password, and get a fresh link when yours has expired.

A secure login link signs you in from your email inbox — no password needed. It’s the easiest way in if you rarely use the platform or can’t remember your password.

  1. On the sign-in page, enter your email and select Next.
  2. Select Email Me a Secure Login Link.
  3. Open the email from LeaderFactor and select the link. You’ll be asked to confirm, then you’re signed in.

The email usually arrives within a minute. Check your spam folder if you don’t see it, and confirm you entered the address your organization has on file.

Login links are single-use and expire for security. If you see a message that your link has expired, request a new one — the expired-link page has a button to send a fresh link to the same address.

Prefer a password?

You can set one at any time from Settings once you’re signed in. See Reset or set your password.
