Find your way around the platform

Know what Home, Training, Insights, and Manage contain — and why your navigation may show fewer items than a colleague's.

The left navigation is organized into a few groups. What you see depends on your role and on what your organization has purchased, so your menu may be shorter than a teammate’s — that’s expected.

The main sections

  • Home — your landing page: your progress across courses and what to do next.
  • Training — the Learn menu holds On-Demand Courses, Live Workshops, Assessments, and the Resource Center. Facilitators also see a Facilitate menu with Certifications and Workshops.
  • Insights — reporting surfaces such as Assessments Reporting and Feedback, for roles with access.
  • Manage — admin tools: Surveys, 360 Evaluations, Hubs, and the Admin menu (Cohorts, User Management, License Management, Org Settings). Only org admins and other privileged roles see this group.

At the bottom of the navigation you’ll find Support, Settings, and Logout.

Why can’t I see something?

Two things control your navigation:

  1. Your role — individual, facilitator, analyst, or admin. Admin pages only appear for admins; the Facilitate menu only appears for facilitators. See Understand roles and permissions.
  2. Your organization’s purchases — features like Surveys, 360 Evaluations, and Hubs appear only when your organization has licensed them.

If you believe you should have access to something you can’t see, ask your organization’s LeaderFactor admin — they can adjust your role or check what’s licensed.
