Take an assessment

Assessments are self-service tools you take on your own — no admin has to schedule anything. Each one takes a few minutes and unlocks a personal results report.

Find your assessments

Open Assessments in the navigation. The catalog shows every assessment your license includes — for example the PSindex® self-assessment, the EQindex® self-assessment, or ChangeReadyindex™. Each card previews the results radar chart, blurred with the note Take the assessment to unlock until you complete it.

Take it

1. Select an assessment from the catalog.
2. Start it and answer every item. Answer honestly — the value of the report depends on candid self-ratings, and nobody is grading you.
3. Submit. Your results unlock immediately.

You can leave and come back; your progress is saved. Most assessments take 10-15 minutes.

After you finish

The finish screen shows two things:

• Your results — a radar chart of your scores across the assessment’s dimensions, with factor bands and an interpretive guide. See Read your assessment results.
• Manage Multi-Rater — invite colleagues to rate you on the same instrument and turn your self-assessment into a 360-degree view. See Invite raters to your assessment.

Back in the catalog, the card for that assessment is no longer blurred. Open it any time to revisit your report.

Retake an assessment

Scores change as you grow. You can take an assessment again later and compare where you’ve moved — your earlier submissions stay available in your results view.
