Take an assessment

Open a skill, take its assessment, and unlock your results.

Assessments are self-service tools you take on your own. No admin has to schedule anything. Each one takes a few minutes and unlocks a personal results report.

Find your assessments

Every assessment belongs to a skill. Open Learn → Skills in the left navigation. You see one card per skill your organization’s plans include, for example Psychological Safety (the PSindex® self-assessment) or Emotional Intelligence (the EQindex® self-assessment). Each card shows your Overall score, or Not taken yet if you haven’t measured that skill.

Select Open skill, then View details on the skill’s score panel to reach its assessment page.

Take it

  1. On the assessment page, select Take Assessment. Until you take it, the results preview is blurred with the note Take the assessment to unlock.
  2. Answer every item. Answer honestly. The value of the report depends on candid self-ratings, and nobody is grading you.
  3. Submit. Your results unlock immediately.

You can leave and come back; your progress is saved. Most assessments take 10-15 minutes.

If the page shows a request for access instead of Take Assessment, you don’t hold a license for that assessment yet. Use it to ask your admin for one.

After you finish

The finish screen shows two things:

  • Your results: a radar chart of your scores across the assessment’s dimensions, with factor bands and an interpretive guide. See Read your assessment results.
  • Manage Multi-Rater: invite colleagues to rate you on the same instrument and turn your self-assessment into a 360-degree view. See Invite raters to your assessment.

Back on the skill page, your score now shows on the score panel. Open the assessment page any time to revisit your report.

Retake an assessment

Scores change as you grow. On the assessment page, select Retake Assessment. Every take is listed under Assessment History, and Growth Trajectory charts your overall score across them. Select any take to open its report.

Your earlier reports stay readable even if your license later lapses. Only the retake needs a license.
