Invite raters to your assessment
Get 360-degree input on your self-assessment — the full report unlocks after 3 responses.
A self-assessment tells you how you see yourself. Raters tell you how others see you. After you finish an assessment, you can invite colleagues to rate you on the same instrument — the full 360 report unlocks once 3 raters have responded.
Before you start
You need a completed self-assessment. The Manage Multi-Rater panel appears on the finish screen after you submit — see Take an assessment.
Invite raters
There are two ways to invite, and you can use both:
- Copy Shareable Link — copies your personal rater link. Send it yourself over email or chat. Anyone who opens it enters their name and their relationship to you, then rates you.
- Add Rater — enter a rater’s email address and the platform sends the invitation for you. The rater fills in their own name and relationship when they open it.
Either way, raters register with their name and their relationship to you, take 5-10 minutes to answer, and their individual responses stay confidential.
Who to invite
Pick people who actually see you work: peers, direct reports, and your manager. Aim for more than the minimum — 5 to 8 raters gives a steadier signal than exactly 3, and it protects against a couple of non-responses stalling your report.
Why 3 responses
Confidentiality. Individual answers are never shown; rater scores only appear once at least 3 people have completed, so no single response can be traced back to a person. Until then, your report shows self scores only.
Track your invitations
The rater table on the finish screen lists each person with their name, relationship, and status — Pending, In Progress, or Complete. To nudge someone, fix a typo, or remove a rater, see Manage your raters.
