Add leaders to a batch

In an EQindex® 360 batch, the leaders being evaluated are called targets. Add them by spreadsheet or one at a time.

Before you start

You need the org admin role and the 360 Evaluations feature. Create the batch first — see Create a 360 batch.

Import targets from a spreadsheet

1. From the batch, select Add Targets.
2. Download the template spreadsheet. It has four columns: First Name, Last Name, Email, and Language.
3. Fill it in — one row per leader. Language controls the language of their emails and evaluation.
4. Paste the cells into the importer, or upload the file as CSV directly.
5. Match the columns when prompted, review the rows, and select Import Spreadsheet.

The importer flags problem rows before anything is saved. Email is the identity key, so use each leader’s real work address.

Add targets individually

Small batch? From the Add Targets screen, skip the template — choose the option to enter rows manually, type each leader’s details into the grid, and import.

Check the list

Back on the batch, targets are grouped by where they stand:

• Needs Raters — no raters attached yet.
• Pending — raters attached, results not in yet.
• Completed — results are available.

Adding the same email twice is safe — a person appears in a batch only once.
