Earn and download certificates

Get your completion certificate after finishing a course or certification.

Last updated July 14, 2026

Finish a course and the platform gives you proof. Most courses end with a certificate of completion you can download and share.

Earn a course certificate

  1. Complete every lesson in the course — the course must show 100% complete. See Track your progress and complete lessons.
  2. The final section of the course congratulates you and offers your certificate.
  3. Select Download Certificate. The certificate is generated with your name and saves as an image you can attach, print, or post.

Some courses hold the certificate behind a final activity — for example, submitting a course exercise. If the certificate section says one more step is required, complete it and the download unlocks.

Find certificates later

You don’t have to grab the certificate the moment you finish:

  • Reopen the course from Learn → On-Demand Courses and return to the certificate section — the download stays available.
  • Earned certifications also appear in Settings under Your Certifications — see Manage your account settings.

Workshop and facilitator certificates

Live workshop cohorts grant their own completion certificates the same way — finish the workshop’s course content and download from the final section. See Join a live workshop.

Facilitator certification is a separate path with its own certificate, earned by completing onboarding, the certification course, and a practice workshop. See Become a certified facilitator.

If the download doesn’t appear

  • Confirm the course is truly at 100% — one incomplete section keeps the certificate locked.
  • Check that any final submission the certificate section asks for has been submitted.
  • Still stuck? Contact your organization’s admin or LeaderFactor support with the course name.
