Track your progress and complete lessons

The course player tracks everything you finish. This article explains what the progress numbers mean, why some lessons are locked, and what counts as complete.

Read your progress

• The course shows an overall % Complete.
• The lesson list shows Lesson Progress as “{completed} of {total} Complete” — how many lessons you’ve finished out of the course total.
• A finished lesson shows “Completed on” with the date. Anything else is marked Incomplete.

What counts as done

Each lesson is made of sections — videos, quizzes, and reflections. A lesson is complete when every section in it is complete:

1. Watch videos through. Skipping ahead doesn’t count them.
2. Answer quizzes and submit reflections where the lesson asks for them.
3. Scroll the whole lesson. If the player says “Keep scrolling to complete this lesson”, there are sections below you haven’t reached.

When the last section is done, select Next to move on — or Finish on the final lesson.

Locked lessons

Two kinds of locks appear in the lesson list:

• “Complete X to unlock” — the lesson depends on an earlier one. Finish the named lesson and it opens.
• “Locked until {date}” — the lesson opens on a schedule. This is common in live workshop cohorts, where content unlocks as the sessions progress — see Join a live workshop.

Locks aren’t errors. They keep the course in the intended order.

If progress looks wrong

Reopen the lesson and scroll to the end — an unwatched video or unanswered quiz is usually the culprit. Your place is saved automatically, so leaving and returning never loses work.

When you reach 100%
