Join a live workshop

See your scheduled live sessions and show up prepared.

Live workshops are facilitator-led sessions delivered to a cohort. Your enrollments live in the Learn menu under Live Workshops.

Before you start

You’re enrolled in workshops by a facilitator or your organization’s admin — you can’t enroll yourself. If the page says you haven’t been enrolled in any workshops yet, reach out to your org admin to get scheduled.

See your workshops

  1. Open Learn → Live Workshops in the left navigation.
  2. Workshops in progress appear first, with completed workshops below.
  3. Each card shows the workshop, its dates, and a View Course action that opens the workshop’s course materials.

Show up prepared

  • Note the session date on the workshop card and block the time.
  • Open the workshop’s course before the session. Some lessons unlock on a schedule — a lesson marked “Locked until” a date opens when the cohort reaches it, which keeps everyone moving together.
  • Complete any pre-work sections your facilitator assigned. Progress you make counts toward completion the same way it does in a self-paced course — see Track your progress and complete lessons.

During and after the session

Your facilitator presents the material live; the platform holds the exercises, reflections, and quizzes that go with it. Between sessions, keep working through the unlocked lessons. When the workshop wraps, completing the remaining sections finishes the course and can earn you a certificate — see Earn and download certificates.
