Facilitation

Become a certified facilitator

Follow the certification path — onboarding, the certification course, and a practice workshop — to deliver LeaderFactor content in-house.

Last updated July 14, 2026

Facilitator certification lets your own people deliver LeaderFactor workshops inside your organization. The path lives in the Facilitate menu under Certifications.

Before you start

  • Your account needs the facilitator role and a facilitator license — both come from your organization’s LeaderFactor admin.
  • Certification is per course (for example, The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety™).

The certification path

The Earn Your Certificate page walks you through the stages in order and shows where you are:

  1. Onboarding — orientation to the content and the facilitation model.
  2. Certification course — the training itself, completed in the platform.
  3. Practice workshop — schedule and deliver a workshop; delivering it is part of earning the certificate.
  4. Certified — your certification appears in Settings under Your Certifications.

Each stage unlocks when the previous one is complete. If the page says you have no upcoming workshop, create one — see Create and run a workshop.

After you’re certified

You can create and run workshops for licensed participants in your organization and present the official materials. See Present course materials.
