Present course materials

Launch the official deck or your own version, run it in Present mode, and control it from your phone.

Present mode delivers course slides from inside the platform, so every workshop runs on current, correctly branded materials — the official deck as LeaderFactor maintains it, or a version you’ve tailored to your organization.

Launch a presentation

  1. Open your workshop or cohort and select Slides.
  2. Choose a deck: start the official LeaderFactor deck with Start Presentation, or present a version your organization created.
  3. Full screen opens in its own window, so your presenter view stays free while you present.

Because Present mode streams from the platform, the official deck is always the latest version of the content.

Customize a deck

You can create your own version of an official deck — a full copy, so the official deck stays intact and your changes are yours:

  • Reorder slides by dragging and dropping, and hide slides you don’t want to present.
  • Add your own slides from images, and delete any slide.
  • Edit speaker notes in a rich-text editor, and restore any note to the official default.

When LeaderFactor updates the official deck — a slide image changes, notes are edited, a slide is added or removed — you’re notified in your version and can adopt each change or keep yours.

Present from your phone

From presenter view, scan the QR code with your phone. Your phone shows the current slide, your speaker notes, and the next slide, and its navigation buttons stay in sync with the computer and the full-screen display — so you can walk the room while you present.

Usage terms

The first time you present, the platform asks you to accept the content usage requirements. The short version: LeaderFactor materials may only be used with participants your organization has licensed, and may not be copied, modified, or shared outside that. That applies to your customized decks too — tailoring a deck doesn’t change who may see it. Presenting to unlicensed participants is the most common violation — check your seat counts before a big session. See Manage license seats.
