Send reminders
Nudge everyone who has not finished your PSindex survey, on demand or on the automatic cadence.
Participation is the number that makes every other number trustworthy. PSindex® gives you two ways to chase it: automatic reminders on a schedule you chose, and a bulk send whenever you want one.
Before you start
You need the admin role, and the survey must be in progress. Reminders only go to participants who have not completed the survey — nobody who finished gets nagged.
Automatic reminders
Every survey has a Reminder Interval — every day, every 2 days, every 3 days, or every 7 days — set when you scheduled it. The platform emails incomplete participants on that cadence for the life of the survey, no action required. To change the interval mid-survey, open the survey’s Settings and pick a new value. See Schedule your survey and customize invitations.
Send a reminder to everyone, right now
Use this before a leadership announcement, after a long weekend, or in the final 48 hours.
- Open the survey and go to Settings.
- Under Actions, select Send Reminders.
- Confirm in the Bulk Send Reminders dialog. Every participant who has not completed the survey gets a reminder email immediately.
That’s it — one send, everyone incomplete. There is no partial bulk send; to nudge a single person, use the per-participant actions instead. See Resend, reset, or remove a participant.
Make reminders count
- Watch your completion rate first, then decide whether to send — See who has completed your survey shows where things stand.
- Pair the platform reminder with a human one. A short note from the sponsoring leader routinely outperforms a third automated email.
- Don’t stack sends. If the automatic reminder went out this morning, a bulk send this afternoon reads as spam.
If reminders aren’t landing
