See who has completed your survey
Track who has completed your survey, filter by attribute, and watch the survey run.
Once your PSindex® survey is in progress, the survey overview and participants view show where the response rate stands.
Before you start
You need the admin role. Open the survey and go to its participants view. The survey status must be In Progress for responses to be coming in.
Read the status badges
Each participant carries one of three badges:
- Sent — their invitation email has gone out.
- Pending — their invitation hasn’t been sent yet.
- Locked — their invitation is locked. Invitations lock automatically when the survey closes, and locked participants are not emailed again if the survey is reopened.
For completion numbers, use the survey’s overview: it shows the funnel from Participants to Invitations Sent, Participants Started, and Responses Received.
Participants take the survey from the personal link in their email — see Open a survey or rating from an email invitation. They never see scores; results are admin-only.
Search and filter
Use search to find a specific person by name or email. Use the attribute filters to slice the table by any demographic from your import — Team Name, region, whatever you uploaded. Filtering is how you spot the quiet corners: if one team is lagging, you know where a nudge from a leader will help.
Send reminders in bulk
Scheduled reminders already go out at the interval you chose. To send an extra push manually, use Bulk Send Reminders — it emails everyone who has not completed the survey, and only them. See Send reminders.
Fix an individual
If one person’s invitation went astray, or they need a fresh start, fix them individually — resend their link, reset their invitation, or remove them. See Resend, reset, or remove a participant.
If nobody in one domain is responding
That pattern usually means a mail filter, not apathy. Ask IT to allow-list the sending address — see Platform emails aren’t arriving.
