Find guides, templates, and downloads

Find downloadable guides and course resources.

Last updated July 19, 2026

The Resource Center is the library behind your courses — downloadable guides, templates, and course materials, all in one searchable place. It lives in the Learn menu under Resource Center.

Find a resource

  1. Open Learn → Resource Center in the left navigation.
  2. Use the type tabs across the top to narrow by resource type. All shows everything you have access to.
  3. Filter further with the tag chips — tags group resources by topic and course, so one tap shows everything for, say, The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety™.
  4. Or search. Type a few words into the search box and the list filters as you go.

Type, tag, and search combine, so you can stack them: pick a type, add a tag, then search within the result.

View and download

Select a resource to open it. Most resources can be viewed in the browser and downloaded — download the ones you’ll use offline, print, or share with your team.

What you see depends on your licenses: the library shows resources for the courses and programs your organization has access to, and facilitators see additional facilitation materials.

Where else resources appear

  • Courses reference their own materials inside lessons, and the Resource Center is where you come back to find them later — see Start an on-demand course.

If something is missing

  • A resource tied to a course you’re not licensed for won’t appear. Check with your organization’s admin about your licenses — see Manage your account settings.
  • Clear the type tab, tags, and search box — an active filter is the usual reason a resource seems to be gone.
