Share your assessment results

Send a coach, manager, or mentor a live link to your assessment report.

Last updated October 13, 2026

Your assessment report is yours until you send it. Share turns it into a link anyone can open, which is the fastest way to bring your results into a coaching conversation.

Before you start

You need a submitted assessment. Sharing is per assessment, not per submission: one link covers the PSindex® self-assessment, another covers the EQindex® self-assessment.

  1. Open your results: Learn → Skills, open the skill, select View details, then select the take under Assessment History.
  2. Select Share in the top corner of the report.
  3. In Share your results, select Copy, then send the link however you like.

Opening Share again for the same assessment returns the same link, so a link you sent last month still works.

What the person opening it sees

The link is live. It resolves your most recent submitted results, so when you retake the assessment, everyone holding the link sees the new report rather than the old one. The page names you as the person who shared it and states when the results were last updated.

They get the report and nothing that acts on it: no AI debrief, no rater management, and nothing they can change. The page picks a language from their own browser or account where it can tell, and carries a language selector if they want a different one.

Anyone with the link can read your scores without signing in, so send it to named people rather than posting it anywhere open. Your behavior change plan works differently: that one is shared by name with people in your organization, never by link. See Share your behavior change plan.

For what the recipient is looking at, see Read your assessment results.
