Refreshed slide decks across skill offerings
Every skill deck gets a visual redesign, refined framework portrayals, and updated terminology and screenshots for the Behavior Change Center.
The slide decks across the core LeaderFactor courses have been updated end to end: a refreshed visual design, refined framework portrayals, and content that reflects the new behavior change experience. Official decks stream from the platform, so if you present them, you’ll simply have the current materials the next time you open Slides. Nothing to download, nothing to swap out.
What’s new
A refreshed visual design
Every deck has been updated from a color and design perspective. The slides are current with LeaderFactor’s visual standards, so what you present matches the rest of the experience your participants see.
Refined frameworks
The frameworks across these skill areas have been refined and updated in how they’re portrayed. The component parts of each framework stay exactly the same: nothing you or your participants have learned changes meaning. The updates are to how each framework is presented on the slide, making the models clearer to teach and easier to read in the room.
Behavior change, built in
The updates from Action planning becomes Behavior Change are now reflected throughout the decks. Terminology has been updated, and every screenshot of the LeaderFactor application now shows the current experience, including Commitment Prioritization and the Behavior Change Center.
These refreshed decks go out with the behavior change release itself, so the materials and the platform update together. You will never present slides that show a Behavior Change Center your participants can’t open yet.
Which courses
The refreshed decks cover the core courses:
- The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety™
- EPIC Change & Transformation™
- Team Cohesion and Performance™
- The 6 Domains of Emotional Intelligence™
- Critical Thinking & Decision Making™
Coaching & Accountability Matrix™ is the exception: its update arrives as a new version of the course rather than an in-place slide update, alongside a new certification. Existing organizations stay on the legacy course by default. See The Coaching & Accountability Matrix™ course, updated.
Where LeaderFactor has built a custom solution for your organization based on one of these standard courses, those decks have been updated as well. Questions about your custom solution? Reach out to the LeaderFactor solutions team.
What this means for facilitators
- If you present the official decks, there’s nothing to do. Present mode always streams the latest version, so you’ll have the updated materials automatically.
- If your organization created its own versions of an official deck, you’ll be notified of each change in your deck and can adopt the updates one by one without losing your customizations. See Present course materials.
Get started
- Open your workshop or cohort and select Slides. The official deck is already the updated version.
- If you maintain your own deck versions, review the change notifications and adopt the updates you want.
- For Coaching & Accountability, read the course redesign post and plan for the new version and certification.
