How do I view aggregate workshop feedback?

In this article, you will learn how to locate and download participant workshop feedback that is collected in their digital workbooks.

We are excited to announce that aggregate workshop feedback is now available for administrators on the LeaderFactor platform. This feature provides a comprehensive overview of participant responses, highlighting key insights and trends to help you continuously improve your workshops and align them with your organizational objectives.

To access the aggregate workshop feedback:

Select Training on the left navigation bar.
Click on the blue Training Admin button.
You will notice a blue toggle at the top left corner of the screen labeled "Cohorts." Switch the toggle to "Feedback."
This will bring you to a page displaying the aggregate feedback collected from all workshops, regardless of cohort.
You can also use the Filter Reviews option in the top right to view aggregate data for a specific facilitator or location.
Export Reviews will allow you to export the data into a spreadsheet for further analysis.

Note: When setting up a new workshop cohort, you can select a facilitator and enter the session location. Facilitators shown in the list are those who have completed facilitator training on the platform. You can also retroactively add this information by selecting each cohort and editing the "Reporting" section in the Setup page.
