Train the Trainer, or TTT, is a digital, asynchronous course to educate and certify internal facilitators within your organization. If your organization is in a current license agreement or training enablement partnership with LeaderFactor, you have likely selected a team of facilitators responsible for delivering LeaderFactor content.
Depending on which modules are relevant for your facilitator team, the course can take up to four hours to complete.
Below is an example of what you can expect inside the TTT course. To complete a module, click Continue Training next to the module title. Each module contains chapters that include training videos, quizzes to check your understanding, and forums for collaborating with other facilitators in your organization.
