What are Team Survey percentiles?

Percentiles specify the percentage of scores that fall below a given value.

Percentiles are used to help you better understand and interpret your Team Survey results. The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety Team Survey global database allows you to understand how your team scored relative to all teams that have completed The 4 Stages Team Survey.

Let's say your team scored 10 in Stage 1: Inclusion Safety. Without knowing the percentile, this score may not catch your attention. However, after you learn that a score of 10 falls in the 26th percentile for Inclusion Safety, you may feel a sense of urgency to focus your efforts on Stage 1: Inclusion Safety.

Example: Based on the current global database, this team would be in the 26th percentile for Stage 1: Inclusion Safety. This means they scored higher than 26% of all teams that have taken The 4 Stages Team Survey, and lower than 74% of all teams that have taken The 4 Stages Team Survey.
