We are excited to share a significant update to the training admin user interface in the LeaderFactor platform, aimed at enhancing your experience in managing training programs and participant engagement. This update introduces several new features and improvements to streamline your workflow and provide comprehensive insights into your training initiatives.
Main Training Admin Screen
The main training admin screen has been redesigned to include intuitive column headers, offering a clear overview of your training activities. The column headers now encompass essential details such as training name, cohort name, participants, training start date, workshop open date (if applicable), and actions.
At the top left corner of the screen, you will find a count of cohorts enrolled in any solutions, providing a quick snapshot of your training landscape.
On the top right, convenient options have been added to export participants and filter cohorts by solutions. The export feature facilitates CSV exports containing enrollment and demographic information of all individuals, while the filter option enables seamless sorting of cohorts based on specific training. Finally, a search feature is now available on this main training admin screen allowing you to search individual participants training enrollment.
New Enrollment
Initiating a new enrollment can be accessed in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen. Upon selecting the "new cohort" button, you will be guided through the enrollment process, allowing you to enroll cohorts into designated trainings.
Training options are categorized by solutions, ensuring clarity and ease of selection. Once a training is chosen, you will be redirected to the setup screen, where you can add participants, name the cohort, customize email invitations, schedule sending times, agree to terms and pricing, and preview the invitation email. Please note that certain actions may vary depending on the specific training being deployed.
Exports
With this update, users now have the capability to export participants' training participation data in CSV format. The export options include:
1. All participants enrolled in any training.
2. Participants enrolled in a specific enrollment period (e.g., November 22nd).
Individual Enrollment Screen
This screen includes the following two views: setup and participations.
Setup:
In the setup section, valuable insights into participant engagement are displayed within the activity cell. This includes the number of participants enrolled, participants who have started, and those who have submitted action plans. Clicking on "View Participants" will redirect you to the participant screen, providing a detailed overview of individual progress. The remaining information mirrors the data entered during the enrollment process.
Participants:
The participant section features comprehensive column headers including name, status, language, progress, action plan, and actions. By selecting an individual's name, you can track completion progress by lesson, with fully completed lessons indicated by a blue check mark. Status values indicate whether participants have not started, are in progress, or have completed the training. Progress is displayed as a percentage, while the action plan status is denoted by a blue check mark upon submission.
