How to Enroll Individuals In EQindex

Enrolling individuals in the EQindex self-assessment is a straightforward process. Follow these steps to create a new cohort and enroll participants:

Step 1: Access the Training Admin

  • Navigate to the Training Admin: Start by selecting the training icon located in your navigation menu.
  • Select "Training Admin": In the bottom right-hand corner of the drawer that appears, click on "Training Admin."

Step 2: Create a New Cohort

  • Select "New Cohort": In the bottom right-hand corner of the Training Admin screen, find and click on the "New Cohort" button.

Step 3: Choose the EQindex Self-Assessment

  • Select EQindex Self-Assessment: A pop-up window will appear, displaying various training options. Choose the EQindex self-assessment from the list.

Step 4: Configure the Cohort

  • Add Participants: Enter the email addresses or select from your existing contacts to add participants.
  • Name the Cohort: Give your cohort a unique and descriptive name.
  • Customize the Email Invitation (Optional): If desired, you can add custom copy to the email invitation that will be sent to participants.
  • Confirm Enrollment Date: Set the date when the participants will receive the self-assessment.
  • Agree to Terms and Pricing: Review and agree to the terms and pricing associated with the enrollment.

Step 5: Finalize and Enroll

  • Once all the details are in place, click to confirm the enrollment. Your participants will receive an email invitation to complete the EQindex self-assessment on the specified date.
