How do I view Online Course Progress?

View your organization's Online Course progress in two clicks.

Please note, only administrators can view an organization's Online Course progress.

Complete the following steps to view Online Course progress:

• Log into your LeaderFactor.app account.
• Select Training on the left navigation bar.
• Select  🔧Training Admin at the bottom of the pop-out window. This will bring you to a window showing all cohorts that have been enrolled in a training course.
• Once you scroll and find the cohort, you will notice a simplified summary of the progress of this cohort on the right split into three categories: Enrolled, In Progress, and Action Plans.
• Click into the cohort for more details.
• You will now be able to see the participants who have not started, are in progress, or who have completed the course along with their percentage of completion.
