How do I remind participants to take their Team Survey?

Please note, reminders are only sent to those who have not responded to their Team Survey.

Administrators can manually send Team Survey reminders to those who have not responded. The following steps will overview how: 
  • Navigate to Survey > Manage Surveys
  • Select the team for which you’d like to send reminders 
  • In the Actions section, go ahead and select Send Reminders. Selecting this will send reminders to those who have not responded to their Team Survey.
  • A notification will appear at the bottom of your screen notifying you that reminders have been sent.
