      How do I ensure Team Survey deliverability?

      Here are several steps to ensure Team Survey deliverability:

      • Ask your team if they have received an email invitation to complete their Team Survey.
      • If they have not, let’s double check that the correct email addresses were inserted in your LeaderFactor.app account.
      • If everything is correct, we’d encourage you to contact your organizations IT department and request them to safe-list the following IP address to ensure that Team Survey invitations are not caught up in an email firewall: 149.72.115.247.
      • Team Survey invitations will come from no-reply@leaderfactor.app with the subject line, "Welcome to The 4 Stages™ Team Survey".
