How do I enroll facilitators & participants in debriefs with PSindex data?

Use the written instructions below, complete with screenshots.

 

1. Open the survey you would like to create a debrief around. 

2. Click into the report you would like to provide the debrief participants (i.e. "PSindex Score - All" for the aggregate overall report).

3. Select "New Debrief" in the top right-hand corner.

4. If you are enrolling a facilitator in their Debrief Course, then select "PSindex™ Facilitator Training" under "For Facilitators." If you are enrolling participants for the debrief session, then select "PSindex™ Debrief and Action Planning" under "The 4 Stages."

5. Follow along in the "Setup" and "Participant" tabs to enroll them. Make sure you hit "save" at the bottom of the screen before you leave one of the two pages while editing.  

6. If you want participants in the "PSindex™ Debrief and Action Planning" workbook to receive access to more than one report, then go to "Survey Debrief" in the Setup tab. Click, "Data with this attribute," and toggle on the demographic report you would like participants to have access to based on their place.

For example, if you want everyone to receive the aggregate report and their own intact team's report -- you would select "Team Name" or "Manager Email" in the drop-down (based on how you specified this demographic in the survey setup. "View Report" to check on the participant view before sending out workbooks for a Debrief. 

 

The rest of the video shows you what the facilitator course includes to prepare them to lead a debrief session with a team. It also shows you a sample workbook of what enrolled participants will receive if you enroll them in a PSindex Debrief. Please note that these are two separate enrollments, even if they will be for the same session.
