How do I enroll a team in The 4 Stages Online Course?

Congratulations on approaching culture by design. This article will overview how to successfully enroll a team in The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety Online Course.

  • Navigate to your LeaderFactor.app account.
  • Select the Training icon on the left navigation bar.
  • Select  đź”§Training Admin at the bottom of the pop-out window. This will bring you to a window showing all cohorts that have been enrolled in a training course.
  • Select New Cohort on the bottom right hand corner.
  • Select the training you wish to complete a new enrollment for.

    Complete the following steps:
  • On the Setup page, select Add Participants.
  • Select the blue Add Participants button.
    • Add participants by downloading the template and filling in the requested participant
      information.
    • Copy the cells and then click Next in the LeaderFactor app.
    • Paste the spreadsheet cells in the box and select Next. Confirm that all columns match then select Import.
    • You can review your upload one more time and make any necessary edits, then select Import Spreadsheet.
    • You may also opt to manually enter participant information.
  • Using the top navigation bar, return to the Setup Page.
  • Name the cohort and add any custom invitation copy you would like to include in participants’ invitation email.
  • Select a date and time for the invitation to be sent.
  • Agree to the training terms and pricing. If you have Online Course licenses for each uploaded participant in the cohort, your invitations will be scheduled and you’re all set. If not, you’ll be prompted to submit payment before your tranings are scheduled.
  • Select Save

Participants will be receiving their Online Course email invitation immediately. Congratulations, you have successfully enrolled your team in The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety Online Course.
