1. Make a copy of the participant upload template.
2. Fill in the participant information and ensure everything is formatted clearly according to demographic.
*Do not include periods or commas in any field or it will mess with the upload.*
2. Delete the instructions row (row 1).
3. Select "file" in the google sheet menu, go down to "download," and then select "comma separated value (csv)."
4. Import that downloaded csv file into the platform settings in order to set up the participants (for a survey, workshop, etc.). Match the fields from your sheet and complete the upload.
