The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety Team Survey is a validated and reliable instrument that will provide you the most accurate assessment of the current state of psychological safety on your team. We're excited for you to get started!
- Login to your account at LeaderFactor.app
- Select Survey in your navigation bar
- Select Manage Surveys
- Select the blue Add Participants button on the bottom left hand side of the screen.
- Follow the onboarding guide to progress through the steps of onboarding a new Team Survey:
- Upload a CSV file with participant data OR select an existing team
- Select user demographics (optional)
- Select survey group
- Customize email invitations
- Select email reminder cadence
- Schedule survey date and time
- Schedule survey close date
Things to remember:
- The unit of analysis for measuring psychological safety is the intact team (people leader and their direct reports).
- Managers are excluded from the Team Survey by default.
- 4 Stages Team Survey responses are completely confidential. Individuals only have the ability to respond to their unique Team Survey.
- If you don't have available Team Survey licenses in your account, you will be prompted to submit payment before sending out your invitations to the Team Survey.
