How do I send a Team Survey?

Remember, psychological safety is delicate and dynamic. There's nothing permanent about it!

We congratulate you on your choice to approach culture by design! In order for your team to become a sanctuary of inclusion and an incubator of innovation, you must first understand where you are.

The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety Team Survey is a validated and reliable instrument that will provide you the most accurate assessment of the current state of psychological safety on your team. We're excited for you to get started!

  • Login to your account at LeaderFactor.app
  • Select Survey in your navigation bar
  • Select Manage Surveys
  • Select the blue Add Participants button on the bottom left hand side of the screen.
  • Follow the onboarding guide to progress through the steps of onboarding a new Team Survey:
    • Upload a CSV file with participant data OR select an existing team
    • Select user demographics (optional)
    • Select survey group
    • Customize email invitations
    • Select email reminder cadence
    • Schedule survey date and time
    • Schedule survey close date

Things to remember:

  1. The unit of analysis for measuring psychological safety is the intact team (people leader and their direct reports). 
  2. Managers are excluded from the Team Survey by default.
  3. 4 Stages Team Survey responses are completely confidential. Individuals only have the ability to respond to their unique Team Survey.
  4. If you don't have available Team Survey licenses in your account, you will be prompted to submit payment before sending out your invitations to the Team Survey.
