Change the survey group to ensure organization of your data.
If you would like to change the survey group of a survey, please follow these steps:- Select Survey in the left navigation bar
- Select Manage Surveys
- You will notice at the top of the screen there will be a drop down menu that indicates what survey group you are currently viewing.
- If you find that a survey is in the wrong group, you will first need to locate and click into that survey.
- When you select that survey, youwill notice on the right side of the screen all the administration functions. You will want to locate Survey which is near the top.
- Select the dropdown menu, and select the new survey group. Please note that if the same team has already taken a survey in the group you want to select, the system will not allow you to save these changes.
- Select Save to ensure the team's survey group is updated.
