How do I access and download PSindex™ results?

After your Team Survey has been sent, results will appear after three participants have responded.

Access your Team Survey results with the following steps: 

• Select Heatmap in the left navigation bar.
• Find the team by using the search bar or expanding teams under the section titled "Overall Score".
  • If less than three participants have responded to their Team Survey, you will not see a score next to the team name. To review progress of Team Surveys that do not yet show a score, select Team Survey on the left navigation bar and then select the team name.

• Once three participants have responded to the Team Survey, you will see an overall 4 Stages score in the heatmap next to the team name. 
• Click the overall score to view detailed results of the Team Survey. This will direct you to the full Team Survey report.
• In the upper right hand corner, select Downloads > Export Slides
• You may also elect to download all verbatim responses.
