      The 4 Stages Team Survey Heatmap provides administrators with a high-level view of the level of psychological safety across their organization. The Heatmap allows administrators to immediately identify teams that are working in a Blue Zone, a culture of rewarded vulnerability,  and teams that are working in a Red Zone, a culture of punished vulnerability.

      Access your Heatmap by logging into your account at LeaderFactor.app, selecting Team Survey in your navigation, and finally Heatmap.
