      How do I change my language preferences on the platform?

      To change language preference in the platform or download your survey results in a different language, please follow the directions below:

      • In your navigation, please select the account icon (last icon on the left side of your screen)

      • Select My Account 

      • Under Language select the language you would like from the available options in the dropdown menu

      After you have selected your desired default language, you will also be able to download survey reports in that language.
