      Integrated Feedback Survey for Workshops

      We are excited to announce a significant enhancement to The 4 Stages of Psychological Safety™ and EQindex™ participant digital workbook: a feedback survey. This carefully designed survey aims to empower stakeholders and facilitators with valuable insights from their workshops.

      Feedback Survey Categories and Questions:

      1. Overall Satisfaction: How satisfied are you with your overall workshop experience? (11-point scale)
      2. Most Impactful Elements: What did you find most impactful from the workshop? (open-ended response)
      3. Facilitation Rating: How would you rate the facilitation of this workshop? (11-point scale)
      4. Commitment to Action Plan: How committed are you to implementing your action plan? (11-point scale)
      5. Recommendation Likelihood: How likely is it that you would recommend this session to a friend or colleague? (11-point scale)
      6. Additional Comments: Is there anything else we should know about your experience? (open-ended response)

      Implementation and Timing

      We estimate that the survey will take participants between one to two minutes to complete. To facilitate this, we recommend that workshop facilitators allocate two minutes at the end of each session to allow participants to provide their feedback.

      Accessing Survey Responses

      Survey responses will soon be accessible directly through your training admin portal. In the interim, if you need access to the feedback, please reach out to your client success manager who can provide you with the responses.

      Language Availability

      This update will be reflected in all supported languages, ensuring a seamless experience for participants worldwide.

      Training Materials Update

      Facilitator training materials, including slides and notes, will be updated shortly to incorporate this new feature.
