How do I send a login link to workshop participants?

This article will overview how to send a workshop participant a login link if a workshop participant is having difficulty locating their workshop email invitation. Please note this article is only applicable to administrators. 

Send a login link to a workshop participant with the following steps: 

• Log into your LeaderFactor.app account.
• Select Training on the left navigation bar.
• Select  🔧Training Admin at the bottom of the pop-out window. This will bring you to a window showing all cohorts that have been enrolled in a training course.
• Select into the workshop cohort.
• Under the sub-heading, All Participants, locate the participant and select the three dots next to the participant's name. 
• Select Resend Invitation.
• A notification will appear at the bottom of your screen that reads Invitation Sent.

Your participant should receive an email in their inbox shortly! If it does not show in their inbox, kindly ask them to check their spam folder for an email from no-reply@LeaderFactor.app.
